The Secretary General is responsible for the daily management of the Organization. His main tasks are to lead and coordinate the activities of the Organization.
He is responsible for the implementation and follow-up of the resolutions adopted by the General Assembly and by the Board of Directors according to their respective mandates.
The Secretary General represent and bind the Organization to third parties with respect to the daily management of the Organization.
